What if my favorite painting is not in your gallery?

Our gallery represents only a fraction of what we can offer. In addition to the 17,500+ paintings we currently have online we offer a special commission service for any painting not currently displayed. If you would like a quotation to reproduce your favorite painting, then just let us know.

Is it easy to get my picture framed?

After receiving your canvas, we recommend that you take it to a reputable picture framer for stretching and mounting to the frame of your choice. The canvas supplied extends beyond the picture boundary making it easy to frame in this traditional manner. We will be happy to assist you in finding a good framer in your area.

We are now able to offer a framing service for smaller size paintings. If you would like a quotation for framing, please contact us and we will get back to you with a selection of frames and prices.

Do you offer a Guarantee?

Yes - it is unequivocal. If you are not happy with any painting you have received from our standard catalogue, we will either replace your painting or give you a refund in full. How long before I receive my picture?

All orders are processed once payment has been sanctioned.

Standard size canvases usually able to ship within 14 - 21 days of receipt of order, subject to drying time.

Our priority is always to create a great work of art.

Paintings which employ a heavy impasto or texture do require extra drying time.

If you require your painting urgently please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your timeframe.

As soon as your order is processed you will receive an email advising how to access your Personal Tracking Profile. This information is updated regularly by our administration team and it will keep you informed of the progress of your painting through the Studio. When your painting has been collected by our shipper your Personal Tracking Profile will display your airway bill number, so that you can then check the delivery progress of your painting online.

How is my order sent?

Paintings are rolled and packed in a sturdy tube. Wherever possible we use FedEx, DHL or UPS. Paintings are usually in transit for 2/3 days. Both DHL and UPS have the benefit of an on-line tracking system via their website. This means that once your shipment has been collected we can contact you with the airway bill no, so that you may track delivery of your painting yourself.

How do I pay?

We accept all major credit cards. We accept payments by our secure credit card processor or payment via PAYPAL. All payments are processed in real time. This means that we do not receive information relating to your credit card number, and only receive the detailed information we require to process your order and ship your painting.

Can you paint my portrait?

Yes we can - commissioned paintings are a specialty, be it a wedding photograph, a picture of the children or perhaps of your home. Please contact us for further information.

Can you create a Gallery just for me?

Yes we can. We have hundreds of painting to choose from and understand how difficult making a decision can be. Why not tell us the subject matter you are looking for, perhaps even some colors if they are important to you, and maybe your favorite artist and let us do the rest. We will create a Gallery for your personal viewing, which only you can access.

Do you offer a gift-wrapping service?

Yes. Tell us the occasion and provide us with the text for your message and we will ensure that it is delivered with your order.

Will I have to pay customs duty?

This varies from country-to-country. Generally, our customers will not have to pay duty on personal items less than $500 in value and in most countries hand-painted oils on canvas do not attract duty. However, please check the Customs or the postal authorities in your country if you have any questions.

Can You Tell Me About Your Sizing?

Unlike most other companies, all our paintings are prepared to scale of the original work of art.

Dimensions are displayed showing height x width.

Any painting which is over 150 cm at the smallest dimension is considered a special commission. Paintings over this size are not in stock and will be prepared specifically to order and are therefore not subject to our returns policy.

What Is A Special Commission?

A special commission is any canvas which is specifically requested by a Customer. A painting which is over 150cm at the smallest dimension or any Movie Poster.

Special Commission paintings are specifically painted to order and are not part of our refund policy.

What materials do you use?

Most of our art is reproduced using Winsor & Newton oils paints and high quality linen canvas. We are also able to recreate in acrylics, charcoal, watercolors and pencil drawings. If you have a special requirement please do contact us.

Is the shipping cost really free?

Yes! The price you see for each respective work of art is the price you pay delivered to anywhere in the world.
